Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any time. For cancellations before August 30th, you will receive 80% of the amount paid.
When canceling after August 30th but before October 31st, you will receive 50% of the amount paid.
If canceling after October 31st until the retreat date, you will not receive a refund.
If you must cancel after October 31st due to special circumstances, those will be considered, i.e., there is a death in the family, military orders, etc. Please email [email protected]
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
